The newly renovated and modern Ferienhaus Tirol stretches over four floors and has a living area of 300m². It can accommodate up to 18 persons. The house features eight bedrooms (4 double rooms and 2 triple rooms) and five bathrooms altogether.
Three double rooms (one of which can be used as triple) are in the basement, one double room and two bathrooms with shower/toilet is on the ground floor, three further double rooms (one of which can be used as triple) and two bathrooms with shower/toilet are on the first floor and another double room and a bathroom with tube is on the second floor. On the ground floor is a large living and dining area with fully-equipped kitchen, in the living area is a stove with bench and a sectional sofa for up to 18 persons.
On the second floor is a living area with tiled stove and bench. From there one enjoys a dreamlike view of the Ötztal mountains. In the garden is a cosy lounge for sitting with grill and a playground with trampoline. In the recreation room there is a table tennis and a ski boot dryer. and also toys for the youngest ones.
If you book our holiday home, the initial linen, towels and bathing towels are included. Wood for the tiled stove is provided free of charge.
