Finalisation of a Booking
On booking we ask you to make a down payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount, the remaining amount should be paid by 14 days ahead of your arrival date. If you book short-term, we ask you to settle the overall bill on site.
The price listed on your booking confirmation includes water, electricity, heating, rubbish, wood for the stove (Ferienhaus Tirol, Ferienhaus Ban Brösign, Strahlkogel Apartment), WiFi, resort tax (tax for the local tourist board) as well as the initial linen and towels and dishcloths.
Discounts for children / baby and toddler equipment
- 0 – 3 years: 100%
- 4 – 7 years: 50%

Arrival and departure / Check-In and Check-Out
The apartments in the Landhaus Waldhart can be accessed from 3:00 p.m. onwards on your arrival day. The Ferienhaus Tirol and the Ferienhaus Ban Brösign can be accessed from 4:00 p.m. onwards on your arrival day. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the basement. If you arrive later than 7:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
We ask you to vacate your apartment/holiday home by 9:00 a.m. on your departure day.
Pets
You can bring your pets. We charge a cleaning fee of € 70 per animal and stay. Please let us know in advance if you intend to arrive with a pet. Here you will find the rules for animals
