If you are travelling by car, you can easily reach us via the A12 motorway. Leave the motorway at the Ötztal exit and follow the road, first over the Innbrücke bridge and then over the roundabout in the direction of Ötztal. Continue on the B186 main road to the Umhausen – Niederthai town sign.

From early June to October, you can also take the Timmelsjoch mountain pass from the south and then take the B186 main road to Umhausen-Niederthai.

ATTENTION: The Timmelsjoch mountain pass is a high-Alpine toll road at almost 2,500 m above sea level and is not open all year round.
