Taking a holiday with the whole family is an exciting adventure, especially with young children. With us, you’ll be sure to find the best conditions for ensuring that all family members enjoy a relaxing time.
Indoor play fun
Games room & Erlebnisstodl
In each of our holiday homes you will find a toy box or a games room. A highlight for children of all ages is our Erlebnisstodl with a bouldering area, AirTrack mat and creative room for arts and crafts at Ferienhaus Ban Brösign. The Erlebnisstodl can be booked individually for a daily fee. It promises to provide fun and variety all year round, especially for children aged 1-8 years accompanied by an adult.
Garden & private football pitch
Each holiday home has a garden. Our small private football pitch, located right next to the Ferienhaus Tirol – complete with a floor trampoline and AirTrack mats in summer – is also freely accessible to all our guests.
Visiting furry friends
Our two Shetland ponies Sissi & Maya, our dwarf rabbits Misa & Leandro, and our two guinea pigs Knut & Madonna live in the ‘pony stable’ next to our Ferienhaus Tirol and enjoy feeding right from children’s outstretched hands. In summer, the ponies spend their time in the meadow, which is around a 15-minute walk from the apartments.
Free baby and
toddler equipment
We are happy to provide you with baby and toddler equipment, including a cot, baby bouncer, high chair, baby bathtub and bath seat, baby monitor, changing mat, nappy bin, stroller, play mat, bottle warmer, children’s cutlery and plates, Manduca child carrier suitable for a body weight of up to 30kg, Deuter child carrier, swimming aid, blankets and neck pillows, toys for toddlers and door bouncer available free of charge.
Tips for trip destinations with children
Umhausen and the entire Ötztal offer a wide variety of leisure activities and day-trip destinations for all age groups in both summer and winter. In Umhausen itself, the largest waterfall in Tirol, the Stuibenfall, the Birds of Prey Park and the Ötzidorf are there to delight curious visitors. However, the rest of the valley also has plenty to discover and experience! But it’s best to come and see for yourselves!
